On December 2, five Arizona animal agriculturalists came together at ASU West campus. Their presentations offered an introduction to some of Arizona’s farmers and ranchers involved in food production, food sustainability and food advances. The panel shared their first-hand experiences and illustrated the strength of sustainable agriculture through generational farming and ranching traditions.
