YF&R Needs You!

Arizona Farm Bureau Young Farmers and Ranchers (YF&R) are preparing for the 2007 YF&R competitive contests. This year’s state Achievement Award winner will receive $1200 cash and Valvoline will also supply the winner with a $250 Valvoline product voucher for the purchase of Valvoline products at any NAPA store. The state Discussion Meet winner will receive $1000 cash and the state Excellence in Ag Award winner will receive $800 cash. In addition to cash, the state winners will also receive an all expense paid trip to the 2008 National YF&R Competitions in New Orleans this January.
National YF&R Prizes will include:
Achievement Award – A new 2008 Dodge Ram 3500 pickup and a $1000 Valvoline voucher redeemable at any NAPA store. The four national runners-up will receive an IH DX compact tractor and a $500 Valvoline voucher redeemable at any NAPA store.
Discussion Meet – A new 2008 Dodge Ram 2500 pickup. The three finalists in the National Competition will receive $6000 savings bonds sponsored by Stihl and Stihl Farm Boss.
Excellence in Agriculture Award- A new 2008 Dodge Ram 1500 pickup. The three finalists in the National Competition will receive $6000 savings bonds sponsored by Stihl and Stihl Farm Boss.
