Our keynote speaker is Jill Casten, Training and Development Director, American Farm Bureau. She will present, “Leadership from the Inside Out.”

Sure, you’re a leader.  But what does that really mean?  What are the underlying values that guide your behaviors?  What is the leadership legacy you want to leave behind?  As leaders we rarely have the time, let alone take the time to think about our own personal leadership style and purpose for actions.  In this workshop, we will describe the characteristics of good and bad leaders and what that means in relation to our own standards for development.  Additionally, we will identify, prioritize, and articulate core values and translate them into action by write a legacy statement that integrates positive characteristics and core values.

You’ll definitely be glad you took the opportunity to pause, reflect, and develop your leadership skills from the inside out!
