H.R. 133 - The Consolidated Appropriations Act (H.R. 133 Stimulus Funding) provided additional funding to the Specialty Crop Block Grant Program (SCBGP) due to COVID-19 impacts on the food system. This funding also provides for certain flexibilities to the SCBGP. The Program is ending the end of this month. 

A portion of this funding will be used to assist businesses, organizations, and individuals with eligible expenses due to the COVID-19 pandemic.
