We are seeking a motivated and energetic Outreach Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be an independent thinker who thrives in a fast-moving environment; a person who likes to solve challenging problems, engage volunteer leaders, and facilitate leadership and business development.

Reports To: Outreach Director

Hours: Full-Time

Location: Gilbert, AZ

Duties & Responsibilities –

The position is responsible for coordinating leadership training and business development

  • Assisting in the organization’s sponsorship program, including soliciting corporate sponsorships and conference exhibitors
  • Building Farm Bureau membership and promoting affiliated services
  • Advising and coordinating with County Farm Bureaus, including membership growth and retention, board training, and meeting and event coordination.

This position requires a 4-year bachelor’s degree and requires in-state travel to rural areas.
